CHARGED ME 9200 TO INSTALL UNIT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 2700 TO MOVE TO OTHER SIDE OF GARAGE.RECOMENDED BY SALESMAN, AT TIME OF INSTALL TECH SAID IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE MOVED WON'T RETURN MONEY OR CALLS.

SALES MAN WAS TERMINATED BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO TALK ABOUT IT. I HAVE CALLED 50 OR MORE TIMES SUPERVISOR CAME TO THE PHONE ONCE AND TOLD ME THEY FIRED JAMES AND THAT HE WOULD ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. HERE I AM A YEAR LATER NOTHING COULD HAVE USED THAT MONEY ,WIFE HAS LUNG AND LIVER CANCER.

THEY WILL ANSWER TO SOMEONE SOME DAY. CAN'T BELIEVE STATE DOES NOTHING

I didn't like: Not a bbb company, Lied that units were bad, Price for new unit, Installed wrong unit.
