I paid for a new a/c system.A 1 1/2 ton 16 seer.
They installed a 2 ton and they did not file for a permit until I continually pressured the. They failed inspection and before they could fix the issues, the unit froze up. No leak, but defective valve in Rheem air handler. Rheem refused to help, owner of Promag was nasty and just wanted to fix it.
The unit was only 4 months new and I wanted a new air handler. When reviewing the warranty registration, the unit is only 13 seer. So now my electric bills will be high which is why I OVERPAID for the system for energy efficient 16 seer.
This will be a legal situation..DO NOT USE PROMAG ENERGY GROUP FOR ANY PRODUCT.111
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lied that units were bad and price for new unit. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "delivered and installed different product" of air condition unit and associated monetary loss in the amount of $3900. ProMag Energy Group needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
